Since our founding in 1951, we have supplied Multi-Stage Roots and Screw Vacuum Pumps for semiconductor and various coating applications and continue to be the market leader in Japan to this day.
From 2018, Kashiyama had opened a new way for European customers with „Made in Japan Quality“. Being one of the world-class manufacturers of dry and particle free vacuum pumps, Kashiyama has established Kashiyama Europe GmbH for European customers.
